Order info
How to Order

  • Fill out the form on the "Contact" page. Make sure your e-mail address is correct.
    (A common error is missing or reversed letters and numbers). The big box will
    scroll, so don't be shy about writing everything you need.

  • For custom orders, especially pocket patches, tabs and scrolls, be sure to include
    a photo, scan, sketch or link with the patch you would like created or replicated.
There were literally thousands of provisional and unofficial designs used and it is
impossible to possess a library of them all. Some patches of the same design may
have had several variations with subtle differences in details and materials.

  • If no image is available, a detailed written description will still help. One way or
    another we'll get you what you want!


Payment
  • Currently, the only accepted payment methods are Cashier's Checks, Money
    Orders and PayPal.

  • US Postal Service money orders are preferred.


Shipping
USA:
  • Patch orders of $21.00 or more are sent USPS Priority Mail with delivery
    confirmation - no exceptions. The current rate for USPS priority mail for most
    orders is $4.95 (delivery confirmation is added free of charge).

  • Patch orders less than $21.00 may be sent USPS 1st class mail at or USPS
    priority mail (buyer's choice)

  • For orders such as miscellaneous military and vintage items: Shipping cost is
    determined by destination, total package weight/size, shipping method and
    additional services requested.

INTERNATIONAL:
  • Please inquire.

  • Insurance and other delivery confirmation services are not offered and must be
    requested by the buyer.

  • Some items may not be shipped outside the USA due to export restrictions.
    Whether or not other item may be shipped overseas is at the sole discretion of
    Boonie Pup Studio.


Discounts:
  • Volume discounts are offered only on replica patches and on a limited basis.
    Some items may already incorporate volume discounts like name/ branch tapes.

  • Most, but NOT all, pocket patches are ($35 / one), ($30 / two), and ($27 / three or
    more).

  • A 10% discount is applied to multiples of three or more of the same replica patch
    in a single order. Discount is not applied to shipping costs or other single and
    double patches in the same order.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact BPS within 48 hours of
delivery.

Requests for returns are very rare. However, when there is concern about patches, it is
often due to having different expectations about what Boonie Pup Studio's In-
CountryPatches.com creates. Please remember that almost all of my patches are hand-
made. This means that they are not computer / digitized perfect.

Because of this, there will be differences in size, threads and fabrics used for patches
(unless specified or requested) and less-than-perfect lettering and design elements.
Each patch, though it might be of the same unit or organization, is a unique, individual
work of art and is as elegant or flawed as an autograph. It is what made authentic
Vietnam theater-made patches so rustic and it's what makes your patch a thing of
beauty!

Please help me assist you by respecting the following return policy:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
  • No shipping costs are refunded, original or return.
  • Replica patches (including orders for custom-made/designed patches and name
    and branch tapes) may be subject to a 25% design and/or layout fee per patch.
  • Vintage military items may be returned as long as they are received by BPS in
    the same condition that they were shipped.
  • Non-military vintage items are sold AS-IS. Returns are NOT accepted.
  • No returns on hand-embroidered patches.
